Williams Real Estate prides itself on an excellence service record and the extra time and effort bestowed on client landlords and tenants in property management and sellers and buyers in sales.
Commenced in 2007 by Geoff's daughter-in-law Tracey, the agency has been owned by Geoff Williams since 2010. Since then the agency has grown from two staff and no rental properties to nine staff and a rapidly expanding rent roll of prime Moranbah properties.
Sales have always been a strong point for the agency and Melanie Theodore (current sales Manager) has established a large and loyal client base.
